That’s rough. It’ll take time but what you list is what many acupunks deal with daily, often from stress and injuries. But many of us have seen very interesting results over time, especially in chronic cases. Look up community acupuncture in your area: it will usually be more affordable than regular acupuncture offices. If all you have are regular acupuncture offices available, ask them for help in maintaining a consistent treatment schedule (i.e. discount). Depending on severity I tell my patients that they should see results in 6-10 treatments, but often they’ll see a difference before that.
